Rich Michalowski

Hi, I’m Rich Michalowski - a dad, introvert, The Smiths fan, USC alumnus, part-time yogi, and full-time Realtor with Compass, living in the Sunset Junction neighborhood of Silver Lake. I’ve spent my adult life living on the Eastside of Los Angeles and consider it my forever home. Most weeks, you can find me walking the Silver Lake Reservoir at dawn, practicing yoga at Kinship Yoga in Highland Park, attending a birthday party with my son at the Glassell Park Rec Center, or ingesting large amounts of caffeine at one of the 1,000 coffee shops in Northeast LA, Silver Lake, Los Feliz or Echo Park.

After years of servicing clients on the Eastside of Los Angeles, I launched MINIMALISM LA in September of 2025. I bring experience, a clean aesthetic to curating and marketing my clients' listings and a calm and fun approach to helping them find their first or next home, all while providing clear guidance and emotional support.
